Bestcrypt

OK, finally a new post. This time about Bestcrypt, this is a nifty little program, excellent for encrypting data. In addition to Bestcrypt you can also get a suite of useful tools like a safe deleter called BCwipe, all made by Jetico. BCwipe will make sure your deleted file is actually gone from your computer for good. In my opinion, the best thing about Bestcrypt is that you can create envrypted virtual drives of any given size (say 10 GBs). You can then easily mount that virtual hard drive in an available namespace like e:\ or g:\ or whatever... and then you just access it as any other drive, only that its completely encrypted! It uses all the latest in encryption technology so you don't need to worry about safety. What is cool are its extensive features like the ability to shortkey, ex: mount/dismount the drive easily, etc.... sup, im masturblogger420. I noticed that when I am having a private moment, I often run into interesting things. Sometimes related sometimes not. Anyways lets get started right away.

I was thinking about downloading porn so I went to my favourite rapidshare search engine or spider. I will probably go over rapidshare at some point for y'all noobs out there. In the meantime just think about it as a multimedia buffet (among other things but that is extraneous to our current topic). The point is, I was looking for PORN on rapidshare, and ran into a file extension that I had never seen. This was obviously suspicious so I ran a google search for 'file extension spt' and found the following eHow article , it turns out that spt is a compressed file created by TM File Packer and is an adware/malware program created by TMAgency. TMAgency is a pay-per-download marketer. I just did a quick search on google on TMAgency and can't really find anything official from them, let me know if you see anything.

Anwyays, be careful with spt file extensions (.spt) and happy wanking (male or female, all the same too me :p)
